    This section contains video demonstrations and tutorials of GensearchHIV, our software for detection and interpretation of mutations on HIV-1 and HIV-2 virus sequences.

     This area contains tutorials on how to use our sequencing software, Gensearch.

    For the moment the videos are saved using a Microsoft video codec, which generates rather large files. We are working on divx and xvid formats to greatly reduce the size of the videos, without loosing quality.

    A good alround video player is VLC media player, which you can find here.

     If you use iExplorer, you should be able to open the videos by clicking on the link, with other browsers you might have to right click with the mouse on the link and select download or open as/with.
