PhenoSystems develops products and solutions in close collaboration with users such as genetic diagnostics laboratories as well as with technology providers and developers. These collaborations range from informal bi-lateral information exchanges to funded European projects such as:

Eurogentest, a FP6 Network of Excellence which works on all quality aspects of genetic testing in Europe.

Gennet, a Eureka label project (#3313) with KIKA Medical, developing an internet based platform for the collection, exchange, management and analysis of clinical, genetic and biological data.

Gen2Phen a large scale FP7 project which has started its work January 2008. 

Under negociations: a project to develop very high throughput tools for diagnostics purposes, the project will focus on a group of diseases and is expected to start before end of 2008
